Hello! I am a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Advanced Pilates Instructor, Fascial Fitness instructor and MELT Instructor in San Diego CA. I began my experience and education in Kinesiology at SDSU. My knowledge, dedication, and commitment to health and fitness motivated me to open Fitness Zone in 1996. My personal interest in maintaining wellness through exercise, nutrition and self care, along with a fascination with the structure and function of the human body and its capacity to achieve optimum health and performance is what I want to share with others. As an instructor I strive to reflect living the healthy lifestyle that I promote and look forward to sharing with you!
